This weekend I was supposed to do the annual Rock ‘n’ Roll Cunningham Seawall 10K run around the Stanley Park seawall in Vancouver, but had to bow out due to a knee injury.
Not to be outdone, Maia, a friend of mine – actually she’s my personal trainer too – ran for me and got a great time, at 55:18!
My boyfriend also did the Rock ‘n’ Roll run, coming in about 30 seconds behind Maia, at 55:48. Here are some photos I took of the day.
